3. Order Process & Delivery
- Orders can be initiated through our website, phone, or email.
- Work begins once payment is received.
- Timelines begin only after we receive complete project briefs and all necessary
materials.
- Changes to the scope may result in revised deadlines and additional charges.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Change of Mind
- A 100% refund is available within 24 hours, provided the work has not started.
- Refunds requested after 24 hours are subject to deductions for processing and
service fees
4.2 Service Non-Compliance
- We offer unlimited revisions within the original project scope.
- If expectations are still unmet, a partial refund may be issued upon mutual
Agreement.

- Reactivation requires a reopening fee based on project complexity.
- No refunds are granted for abandoned projects.
7. Project Completion & Claims
- Projects are considered closed if no claim or revision is requested within 10 days
of final delivery.
- No disputes will be entertained beyond this period.
8. Copyright & Ownership
- Upon full payment, you gain exclusive copyright ownership of all deliverables.
- We do not reuse or resell original content.
- We reserve the right to use anonymized work samples in our portfolio unless covered
by a signed NDA.
9. Legal & Ethical Use
- Clients are solely responsible for how content is used.
- We do not support plagiarism, fraud, or any illegal use.
- You agree to indemnify us against all legal or academic consequences arising from
misuse.
10. Plagiarism & Authenticity
- All content is 100% original.
- AI-generated content is used only upon client request.
- Plagiarism reports are available upon request.
11. Image & Media Usage
- We do not claim rights to third-party images unless created in-house.
- You are responsible for obtaining licenses for any third-party or stock images.
- In-house visuals are royalty-free unless otherwise specified.

- We may utilize third-party platforms for payment, communication, or project
management purposes.
- By using our services, you also accept the terms and privacy policies of these

13. Service Fees on Refunds
- Refunds (even eligible ones) are subject to non-refundable admin and transaction

Publishing Services Agreement
This Publishing Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Metanativ Publishing
("Publisher") and the client ("Author" or "Customer") for the provision of publishing
services. The following terms and conditions govern this engagement:
Scope of Services
Metanativ Publishing agrees to provide publishing services as agreed upon in the project
scope, including but not limited to editing, formatting, design, ISBN registration, and
distribution support.
Author's Responsibility
The Author shall provide all required content, text, images, artwork, or other materials
(collectively referred to as "Materials") for publication.
The Author confirms that all Materials submitted:
Are original or legally obtained with appropriate rights and permissions.
Do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
of any third party.
Are not forged, plagiarized, or unlawfully copied from any source.
Copyright and Ownership
The Author retains full copyright ownership of their Materials.
The Author grants Metanativ Publishing a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and
distribute the Materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.
Indemnification
The Author agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metanativ Publishing and its
employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, or damages
(including legal fees) arising out of:
Limitation of Liability
Metanativ Publishing does not accept responsibility or liability for:
Leaks, unauthorized distribution, or access to any content or Materials once provided by
the Author.
Loss or damage arising from data breaches, theft, or misuse outside the reasonable
control of the Publisher.
Confidentiality
While Metanativ Publishing takes standard industry precautions to maintain the confidentiality of submitted content, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Author agrees to submit only finalized, non-sensitive content for publishing purposes.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, Metanativ Publishing will return all submitted content and cease any further distribution or processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
This document represents the complete agreement between the parties.
